Here are a few highlights from my educational portfollo.
Above is a picture from a lesson using m&m candies as a manipulative to teach students multiple letter patterns to first graders. (i.e.: aabbcc, abcc, etc)
The above picture is a photograph of a bulletin, I created for my class that has each student's name and birthday sorted by color and design. The students loved it and everyone felt special with their names and birthday remembered on the birthday board.
Here, a student is working on a science lab designed to teach third graders about roots, plant parts, and the science method. It was also designed to allow them the chance to use the scientific methods and a variety of mathematical calculations.
