Born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, I graduated from one of the top private schools in the midwest, Taylor University, Upland, Indiana.  It was there that I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education.  Deciding to try something new, I moved out west shorty thereafter where I started off working part-time in the Coeur D'alene School District as a Math Remediation Specialist.

I am currently employed as a  behavior consultant at ACES Communiy Services at the Coeur D'alene location.  Each child has a distinct plan of goals to accomplish over the span of typically a year (including but not limited to psychological, social and physical goals) that we work on together each week.

I also plan to jump start my private tutoring here and I'm so excited!

As an educator, I am an organized, flexible teacher who believes that education is meant to be fun, innovative and challenging and that schools are a community where the teachers and staff collaborate.  My philosophy on education is fair, firm and consistent and I have high expecations for my students - I give my best and my students recipricate.

When I'm not teaching, I work with children as a If you get to know me outside of my work place, you will find that I enjoy running, zumba and playing with my new puppy, Abigail Joy!

I am a loyal, hard working, committed and organized invidivual with a strong desire to teach and help others and would love to do so in your elementary school.  I am so excited to get in the classroom and teach; I can't wait!
